Job Summary

Senior Executive Administrator - Office of Strategy, Innovation & Engagement (OSIE) The Senior Executive Administrator provides highlevel executive, operational, and project coordination support to the Chief of Staff and OSIE leadership. This role manages executive operations, supports strategic initiatives, coordinates financial and administrative processes, and ensures seamless execution across Strategy and Innovation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, travel, meeting logistics, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and executive communications for the Chief of Staff and Strategy leadership.
  • Strategy Operations: Support directors and project managers with contracts, invoices, budgeting, team meetings, workshops, and executive reporting.
  • Innovation Office: Provide calendar and expense support, assist with event planning, coordinate innovation showcases, manage meeting materials, and support vendor engagement.

General Administration: Backup support for volunteer operations and executive communications, assist with leadership travel logistics, briefing materials, event tracking, video production coordination, and special projects

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceย ย ย
