Job description

The Engineering Change Management Senior Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
  • Read product datasheets, identify manufacturer part numbers, create descriptions and Part Numbers
  • Create Bills of materials
  • Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs) in Agile PLM system based on inputs from change managers and client stakeholders
  • Conduct change impact analysis, Root Cause Analysis for misses.
  • Work towards meeting SLAs and KPI's.

Job Requirement: This role is located in San Jose, CA or Austin, TX, and it has a hybrid schedule with the requirement of being onsite 3 days of the week. TX residents will have a work schedule to cover office hours in PST time.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 Year of experience in Engineering Change Management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using Oracle Agile PLM or any other equivalent PLM tool

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering
  • Experience working in Hi-Tech Industries
  • Experience of working with Contract Manufacturers/Servers and Networking Equipment/Component Engineering
  • Exposure to Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing Functions
  • Ability to read Engineering Drawings/Spec Sheets to create part descriptions and identify manufacturing part numbers
  • Worked with Bill of Materials, ECR, ECN, ECO, MCO
