Duration: 6+ Month contract with the chance of extending or converting to full time.

Job Description:

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in consulting on highly complex business and technical initiatives, shaping the strategy, and resolving unique challenges across Engineering. Your responsibilities will include evaluating multiple areas comprehensively, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that demand vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. Moreover, you will provide expertise to senior leadership, strategically engage with client personnel, and drive innovative Engineering business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
  • Provide strategic consultation on the resolution of highly complex and unique challenges, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring solutions align with business strategies and goals.
  • Engage with senior leadership to provide expertise on innovative Engineering business solutions.
  • Strategically collaborate with client personnel to address challenges and implement solutions effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
  • 4-6 years of experience in automation, particularly with Python scripting.
  • Strong expertise in cloud-based technologies.
  • 2-4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in financial services or related industries.
  • Certification in relevant areas such as Agile, Python, or cloud technologies.
