Job description

As a Senior Display engineer you will design, characterize, and validate the optical and electrical performance of OLED displays by working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. You will work on defining performance specifications, managing supplier relationships, designing test protocols, analyzing results, and troubleshooting issues throughout the product development lifecycle. Essential skills include expertise in OLED device physics, optoelectronics, materials, and strong project management abilities.
Key job responsibilities
Design and define the electro-optical architecture and performance specifications for OLED displays.
Design and execute test plans to characterize and validate display performance, analyze results, and identify root causes for any issues.
Investigate and resolve complex process issues using techniques like failure analysis and design of experiments (DOE).
Use and expand on optoelectronic models and simulation tools and contribute to the development and refinement of manufacturing processes.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally (10 ~ 15% of time).

The Senior Display Engineer will work closely with a team of optical, mechanical, electrical and software engineers engaged in the design of innovative consumer products
