OVERVIEW

Alo Yoga is seeking an executive-level, entrepreneurial-minded leader to be our Senior Director, International - Digitalwhere this person will help shape and accelerate our global growth and oversee our market performance. This is a career-defining opportunity to own and scale a sizable and high-impact international business across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Reporting into senior leadership, this role will serve as a thought partner in defining international strategy while driving hands-on execution across markets. The Senior Director will oversee performance management, identify growth levers, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to unlock profitable expansion. This is initially an individual contributor role with a growth-plan to evolve into direct team management as the business scales.

The ideal candidate is a strategic generalist with strong analytical rigor, operational depth, and a global mindset - someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Alo's international future, operate as a key strategic partner to leadership, and drive meaningful global impact at a pivotal stage of growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Own weekly international business reporting, including performance tracking, diagnostics, and deep dives to identify risks and growth opportunities across individual markets

  • Drive P&L management for the international business, identifying and activating levers to grow revenue and improve profitability

  • Partner closely with Digital Growth team on retention, lifecycle, and customer acquisition strategy

  • Work cross-functionally with Site Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Operations, Regional Retail Leadership, and other key stakeholders to accelerate international performance
  • Identify and evaluate localization opportunities (e.g., pricing strategy, distribution models, checkout experience) in priority markets while balancing global scale and operational efficiency

  • Develop market-level strategies to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership on international growth priorities, investments, and expansion plans

  • Build scalable frameworks and operating rhythms to support continued global expansion

  • Influence without authority across teams to align priorities and execute effectively

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Senior Director+ level experience with demonstrated ownership of a meaningful P&L or business segment

  • Strategic generalist with strong analytical capabilities and comfort navigating both high-level strategy and detailed execution

  • Operationally minded with a track record of driving measurable business impact

  • Experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally across merchandising, marketing, digital, and operations

  • Digitally savvy with a strong customer orientation and understanding of e-commerce and growth dynamics

  • Global mindset with experience managing or scaling businesses across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and/or Asia

  • Experience in marketing and/or growth is strongly preferred

  • Open to beginning as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build and manage a team over time

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles

The base salary range for this position is $250000-$270000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
