Responsibilities

Keysight is looking for a strong and experienced leader within the test and measurement industry to manage a team of Application Engineers, focused on driving competitive share gains and customer satisfaction, while influencing Keysight's strategic plan of record for growth in NAS, within US.  As a SE District Manager for Keysight Technologies, you'll manage, coach, and develop your team to generate brand preference for Keysight Network Test solutions through a variety of initiatives such as supporting industry led events, seminars, technical demonstrations, competitive analysis, product promotions, and strategic collaborations with early adopters who drive technology ecosystems.  You will work with your team to identify critical needs and topics for technical training, optimizing HW/SW demonstration assets, and creating effective alignment with the sales districts in the region. In addition, this is a working manager role, where you effectively manage customer relationships.  You will support the technical efforts and create the execution strategies needed to secure business for Keysight.   The successful candidate should have a broad industry background, having covered a variety of vertical markets, preferably in the test and measurement business.  The candidate should have proven ability to build strong teams and develop internal/external relationships.

 Accountabilities
  • Lead and manage a technical team of SE's responsible for major accounts within the Service Provider vertical.
  • Exceed corporate business initiatives by supporting sales teams to grow market share and reduce discounts through clear demonstration of portfolio value and industry leadership
  • Coordinate effective roadmap review/feedback sessions with customers, and with R&D, to help prioritize features and enhancements that maximize ROI and differentiate Keysight vs. its competitors
  • Identify areas for solution growth by managing projects to fill gaps for specific customer requirements beyond commercially available products
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide leadership and coaching/mentoring to team and drive increased technical engagement with customers, with thoughtful attention to articulate the Keysight value

Qualifications
  • BS degree or above, with 7+ years of experience in the test and measurement industry, R&D, or application engineering
  • Successful track record of managing projects, collaborations, and technology development with internal/external teams
  • Demonstrated people development and leadership skills
  • Strong customer relationship building skills at all levels in the organization
  • Solid understanding of NAS networking solutions (and ability to position solutions), including L2/3, L4-7 Security and applications, and Wi-Fi.  5G/LTE knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with public/private cloud, virtualization technologies and DevOps desired.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams including field, product marketing, business development, engineering, and professional services
  • Ability to optimize resources in complex, dynamic, and fast-moving environments while personally engaging in many customer-facing activities.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

Pay Range MIN $199,290.00 MIDPOINT $265,720.00 MAX $332,150.00
