Job description

Senior Digital Delivery Lead (Website Migration & DXP Launch) Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale enterprise website migration and launch. This role requires a hands-on leader who has successfully delivered complex website transformations, platform migrations, and digital experience initiatives at enterprise scale.

The ideal candidate understands the technical, operational, and organizational requirements needed to launch modern digital platforms and can effectively drive execution across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a website migration and launch, from planning through go-live.
  • Manage content migration efforts, ensuring all content is audited, mapped, migrated, and validated.
  • Drive alignment and decision-making across Marketing, IT, Product, regional teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage agencies, implementation partners, localization vendors, and other third-party providers.
  • Establish project governance, manage risks, resolve issues, and remove blockers.
  • Facilitate global approval workflows while ensuring compliance and localization requirements are met.
  • Oversee launch readiness activities including QA, SEO validation, URL mapping, redirect planning, and launch execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in digital project delivery, enterprise website launches, platform migrations, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale website migrations on time and within budget.
  • Experience leading multiple large-scale website launches or platform migrations.
  • Deep understanding of content operations, including CMS platforms, content governance, localization workflows, and digital asset management.
  • Experience working with composable DXP, headless CMS, or modern content platform architectures.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive leadership and steering committees.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple external vendors simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO migration best practices, URL mapping, redirects, and launch risk mitigation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within a digital agency, consulting organization, or enterprise digital transformation environment.
  • Prior experience as a Digital Director, Head of Digital, Web Program Lead, or similar leadership role.
  • Experience managing global, multilingual, and highly localized website programs.
  • Familiarity with PIM, DAM, and integrated digital content ecosystems.
  • Strong background in governance, change management, and cross-functional program leadership.
