POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Senior Designer in the construction and foodservice industry, your role represents an advanced and pivotal position within our team. Building upon your experiences as an Associate Designer, you now take on a substantial leadership role in driving the success of our commercial kitchen design projects. Your deep expertise and contributions to the creation of draft layouts, production drawings, and presentation materials, coupled with your extensive experience in client engagement, are invaluable assets to our team's growth and our projects' outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership and Guidance:

  • Collaborate actively with our Lead Technical Designers and the Design team on various commercial kitchen projects, assuming a leadership role.
  • Your guidance and mentorship are instrumental, and you will contribute to all phases of the design process.

Advanced Skill Utilization:

  • Utilize your advanced computer skills to further enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Your focus remains on improving design materials through your expertise in software like Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM360, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, AutoCAD, AutoQuotes, KCL, Skype, and Microsoft Office.

Client Engagement:

  • Leverage your wealth of experience and knowledge to effectively lead client meetings and oversee project execution.
  • Your advanced client engagement skills will foster productive interactions and build strong relationships.

Drawing and Project Management:

  • Assume greater responsibility for the efficient management of drawings, ensuring their accuracy and relevance to project goals.
