Position Overview:

As a Floral Designer, you'll be responsible for creating floral arrangements, maintaining displays, and assisting customers with their floral needs. Whether it's a holiday, celebration, or just because-your creativity helps bring joy to our customers' lives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build floral arrangements for holidays, special occasions, and everyday purchases
  • Maintain fresh floral displays that are neat, well-stocked, and eye-catching
  • Care for fresh flowers and plants, ensuring product rotation and freshness
  • Assist customers with custom orders, delivery options, and floral suggestions
  • Maintain a clean and organized floral department, including tools and workstations
  • Process invoices, pricing, and merchandising of floral products
  • Participate in store promotions, seasonal displays, and special events
  • Communicate with vendors and follow store ordering protocols


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
