Job description

ASRC Federal is actively hiring a Senior Power Apps Developer in support of our Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) Cyber program based out of Quantico, VA.

As a Senior Power Apps Developer, you will design, develop, manage, and maintain an integrated ecosystem of dashboards that provide a near real-time Common Operational Picture (COP) of the enterprise cybersecurity posture. This dashboarding capability is a critical mechanism for ensuring transparency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and holding stakeholders accountable for risk. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders across executive, managerial, and tactical audiences to deliver accessible, intuitive, and actionable visualizations. All dashboard configurations, data models, and integration code developed under this effort remain the property of the Government.

Position Description:

The Senior Power Apps Developer will lead the full lifecycle of the enterprise cybersecurity dashboard ecosystem, including requirements gathering, development, data integration, routine maintenance, and decommissioning of outdated visualizations. Specific responsibilities include:

Design and Maintain Role-Based Dashboards

Design and maintain, at a minimum, three distinct, role-based dashboard views, ensuring the data presented is relevant to each audience:

  • Executive Leadership View: A strategic-level dashboard summarizing overall enterprise risk score, risk management status, Zero Trust (ZT) maturity progress, major incident status, and compliance posture against key frameworks.
  • System Owner / Managerial View: A tailored dashboard enabling system owners and managers to view the specific security status of their assigned systems, including open vulnerabilities, patch compliance levels, and active POA&Ms.
  • Analyst / Tactical View: A detailed operational dashboard for cyber personnel integrating data feeds from SIEM, EDR, network sensors, and threat intelligence platforms to provide actionable, real-time data for threat hunting and incident response.

Integrate and Aggregate Disparate Data Sources

Identify and integrate data feeds from authoritative systems across the enterprise to populate the dashboards, including but not limited to vulnerability scanners (Tenable/ACAS), the GRC platform (eMASS/XACTA), endpoint security solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike), the SIEM (Splunk/Elastic), and change management systems.

Ensure Data Accuracy and Timeliness

Implement automated processes to ensure dashboard data is refreshed at a frequency appropriate to the data type (e.g., near real-time for incident data, daily for vulnerability data) and conduct monthly data validation reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Manage the Dashboard Lifecycle and Continuous Enhancement

Provide full lifecycle management of the dashboard ecosystem and manage its continuous enhancement through a formal, on-demand request process. Maintain a documented procedure for receiving, prioritizing, and executing new Government requests against tiered Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least five (5) Years – of experience developing production applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Apps and Power Automate and/or SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries development.

  • Ability to write and maintain complex Power Fx formulas to implement business logic and data manipulation within Power Apps.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, including creating and managing custom sites, lists, and libraries.
