Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Brentwood, TN (Onsite)

Type: C2H / FTE

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and enterprise workflows.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce best practices, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and onsite leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
  • Build custom objects, triggers, batch classes, workflows, and Flows
  • Develop and optimize Lightning Web Components
  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party systems
  • Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ workflows
  • Participate in release management, deployments, and sandbox strategy
  • Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices
  • Optimize platform performance and governor limit usage
  • Collaborate with admins, BAs, product teams, and architects
  • Support data migration, validation, and deployment automation
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements
