Job description

Crossroads Health, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with facilities located in Mentor, Painesville, and Cleveland, serves Northeast Ohio communities with comprehensive behavioral and primary integrated healthcare, early childhood services, extended housing and recovery services-no matter one's ability to pay. Our mission is to provide hope, healing, and healthcare to everyone.

We are currently looking to add to staff an outgoing, empathetic and passionate individual for the role of Senior Clinical Director. The Senior Clinical Director is responsible for oversight and enhancement of clinical, prevention and grant programming. This position will guide and direct daily operations of clinical and direct service programs; will ensure programming will meet or exceed clinical and contract goals. The Senior Clinical Director will be responsible for evaluation and subsequent recommendation of active and expansion opportunities for service delivery. This position will assist with budget preparation and maintenance, clinical and administrative compliance, and best practices. This person will interface with internal and external stakeholders and community partners and will lead operationalizing of new programming. This position will remain mission-minded and foster a Trauma Informed culture.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Managing clinical, prevention, and grant programming to meet and exceed goals (financial, outcomes, access).
  • Guiding and directing daily operations; manage concerns that arise.
  • Ensuring maintenance of clinical documentation across program areas and address system barriers, enhance efficiencies.
  • Participating in budget preparation and maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Accessing data, review, and provide feedback to senior leadership regarding functioning of various domains.
  • Engaging in change leadership surrounding current, future, and underperforming programming and culture.
  • Overseeing the evaluation, identification, and implementation of professional education, training and credentialing needs.

Position Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or higher in Social Work/Mental Health related field.
  • 8 years of clinical experience and 5 years of management experience.
  • Licensed in the State of Ohio with LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S.
  • LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt (within 18 months of hire, employer provided).
  • Valid Driver's License, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation  and carry auto insurance minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000.
