Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and, in some sectors, certifications like FINRA Series 7 or 66 are typical requirements. Exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities help build trust and deliver tailored solutions. These competencies are crucial for maintaining long-term client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction in competitive markets.
