What are Senior Chaplains?

Senior Chaplains are experienced spiritual leaders who provide pastoral care, religious guidance, and emotional support within institutions such as hospitals, prisons, military organizations, or universities. They often oversee a team of chaplains, coordinate religious services, and serve as a liaison between the institution and faith communities.
