About the Role
We are seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Business Process Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow SAM/HAM to lead and optimize enterprise-scale asset-management implementations.
The Senior Business Process Architect is a strategic advisor and delivery leader responsible for guiding large-scale digital transformation efforts across complex client environments. This role drives business value by aligning platform capabilities with customer outcomes, leading cross-functional teams, and advancing our business process architecture practice. The Senior Business Process Consultant mentors Business Process Architects and Senior Business Analysts, and acts as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Lead large-scale business process discovery, analysis, and design engagements across multiple client portfolios.
  • Define and drive strategic customer outcomes aligned to platform capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders on business transformation and change management.
  • Oversee the work of Business Process Architects and Business Analysts, providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to design scalable, outcome-focused implementation strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of business process methodologies, playbooks, and frameworks.
  • Represent the organization in thought leadership activities (e.g., webinars, whitepapers, conferences).
  • Identify and mitigate business and delivery risks early in the engagement lifecycle.
  • Lead special projects across Delivery and Innovation teams to mature our delivery capability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in client engagements through feedback loops, retrospectives, and measurable outcomes.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM, HAM and SAM
  • Mastery of business process architecture principles and service design for ServiceNow
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills across distributed, global teams
  • Skilled in navigating ambiguity and leading change through influence
  • Deep understanding of value realization and outcome mapping
  • Experience aligning business and IT goals in complex enterprise environments
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills-able to explain asset optimization strategies to both CFOs and technical teams.
