Job description

Job Overview

The SAP Business Process Architect plays a critical role in driving business process standardization and the adoption of best practices across HES. This role is responsible for assessing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, building alignment across stakeholders, and leading the execution of prioritized business process initiatives.
The position partners closely with the Corporate Business Process team to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices, while continuously improving processes to meet evolving business needs.
Reporting to the HES Business Process Director, this role works cross functionally with HES Operations, Brand Management, site level leadership, Customer Service, and IT to enable standardized, scalable processes that support core business performance metrics and operational excellence.

A Day In The Life
  • Evaluate and document key end to end business processes across HES to identify opportunities for standardization and best practice adoption.
  • Prioritize process improvement opportunities, define initiatives, build stakeholder consensus, and lead execution of business process improvement projects.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain a strong network of local and global business process experts to promote and sustain best practices.
  • Own end to end operations process design for assigned business process areas across HES.
  • Lead change management efforts, including communication of process standards, progress updates, and adoption metrics.
  • Serve as a process leadership voice across HES, providing regular updates on best practice adoption and continuous improvement outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the HES Master Data Management team to define data quality requirements aligned to key business processes and performance management needs.
  • Partner with the Corporate Business Process team and HUBS IT to ensure solutions are scalable, enterprise aligned, and leverage approved IT tools and infrastructure.
  • Support SAP implementations and enhancements related to assigned business processes, ensuring alignment with standardized process designs.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships in a global, matrixed environment across business, corporate, and cross functional teams.
What will help you thrive in this role?
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required.
  • 5+ years of handson SAP experience across multiple functional areas, with deep expertise in at least one functional domain.
  • Proven results oriented professional with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes through process improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, manage complexity, and develop creative solutions in a fast paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working in cross functional and matrixed environments, balancing global standards with local business needs.
  • Solid understanding of data quality, master data, and performance management as they relate to business process effectiveness.
