Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on managing reportable disease data through an integrated information system. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring effective communication and data management within public health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute test scenarios, cases, and scripts based on workflow and system requirements.
  • Isolate and diagnose root causes of data issues, providing workarounds and testing solutions.
  • Engage with business staff and developers to resolve system problems.
  • Assist users with SQL querying and data analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies in collaboration with project management and application developers.

Required Technical Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience with SQL query writing and analysis.
  • Extensive debugging skills for applications.
  • Proven ability to create detailed test scenarios and scripts.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
