Join our team as a Sr. Associate Brand Manager and lead the development and execution of key marketing initiatives across our ice cream portfolio. In this hybrid role, you will drive brand strategy, partner cross-functionally, and deliver growth through impactful marketing programs and new product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned to business goals
  • Develop consumer and shopper communications (advertising, packaging, promotions, PR, digital, and social)
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners (advertising, packaging, PR, digital)
  • Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to drive flawless execution
  • Partner with sales on market- and account-level programs
  • Use data and insights to inform pricing, merchandising, and competitive strategy
  • Drive new product development from concept to commercialization
  • Support marketing budget management, ROI tracking, and reporting
  • Optimize portfolio plans to achieve sales, share, and profit objectives
