What You'll Do:
As our Capital Projects Sr. Analyst, you'll be at the heart of strategic investments. You'll manage the capital expenditure (Capex) process, working closely with finance, engineering, and operations to ensure precision and efficiency from project intake to completion. Your role will be key in:
  • Capex Process Management: Run the Capex workflow, oversee project set-up, and track project progression.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Lead Capex forecasting, develop dashboards, and deliver insightful month-end reports for leadership.
  • Analysis & Auditing: Handle reconciliations, conduct project reviews, and provide audit support to keep us on track and compliant.
  • Cost Savings: Monitor and validate cost savings for capital and non-capital projects-help us make the most of every investment.
  • Collaboration: Drive Capex discipline and partner across functions to continually improve our processes.

Who You Are:

We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-7 years of manufacturing finance or Capex experience
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
