RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for an Operations Analyst for an onsite, direct hire opportunity in Leawood, KS.
Responsibilities:
* Produce and validate recurring client deliverables, including analytics, financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance reports
* Support client implementations by assisting with data mapping, onboarding, testing, validation, and production readiness
* Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that increase accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
* Investigate data discrepancies, reporting inconsistencies, and production issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolutions with internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with Product, Development, Accounting, Legal, Customer Success, and Operations teams to support business initiatives and operational improvements
* Assist in gathering business requirements and testing new processes, system enhancements, and automation initiatives
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials
* Create and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making
* Support regulatory reporting activities while ensuring compliance with applicable client and regulatory requirements
* Participate in client meetings by providing operational expertise, implementation support, and issue resolution
* Assist with special projects, data research, and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, technology, and process optimization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
* 2-5 years of experience in operations, financial services, banking, payments, compliance, or data analytics
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting and validating complex datasets
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
