Job description

At Quest Analytics, you'll help improve access to healthcare by solving meaningful business challenges with cutting-edge technology. You'll work alongside leaders across the organization, gain exposure to emerging AI platforms, and have the opportunity to shape how AI is used to improve business operations and customer experiences.
If you're excited about using AI to solve real-world problems and want to help build the future of intelligent work, we'd love to meet you.
Shape the Future of Work with AI
Are you the type of person who constantly asks, "There has to be a better way to do this?" Do you enjoy solving puzzles, experimenting with new technology, and using AI to make work easier, faster, and smarter?
Quest Analytics is looking for an AI Intelligence Analyst to help transform how we work by identifying business challenges and building practical, scalable solutions using artificial intelligence, data analytics, automation, and process improvement.
This is not a traditional analyst role. You'll act like an internal consultant, working with business leaders to understand complex problems, break them into manageable pieces, and rapidly prototype solutions using the latest AI technologies.
Success in this role isn't defined by years of experience. It's driven by curiosity, initiative, creativity, analytical thinking, and a passion for learning emerging technologies.
Initially, you'll focus on improving Client Services operations and customer experience, with opportunities to expand your impact across the organization as you identify new ways to improve workflows, automate repetitive work, and enable smarter business decisions.
What You'll Do:
Analyze Business Processes
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to understand business workflows, customer journeys, and operational challenges.
  • Break down complex business problems into logical components before designing solutions.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, unnecessary handoffs, repetitive tasks, and opportunities for automation.
  • Turn loosely defined business challenges into practical solutions through rapid experimentation and iteration.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights
  • Analyze product usage, operational, and customer data to uncover trends, adoption patterns, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards, reports, queries, and repeatable analyses that support better business decisions.
  • Connect multiple data sources to create a complete picture of customer experience and operational performance.
  • Present findings in clear, actionable ways that help leaders prioritize improvements.
Build AI & Automation Solutions
  • Leverage AI platforms, automation tools, APIs, and analytics technologies to solve real business problems.
  • Design and prototype AI assistants, prompts, lightweight applications, and automated workflows.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify where they can create measurable business value.
  • Continuously experiment with new approaches and recommend innovative solutions.
Measure Business Impact
  • Document solutions so they can be maintained, scaled, and adopted across the organization.
  • Measure results using metrics such as:
    • Time saved
    • Increased productivity
    • Faster issue resolution
    • Improved customer experience
    • Higher adoption
    • Reduced manual effort
  • Share learnings and best practices with stakeholders.
Promote Responsible AI
  • Apply sound judgment regarding data privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI use.
  • Support a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.
  • Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring opportunities.
  • Demonstrate Quest Analytics' values while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

Technologies You'll Explore:
This role provides hands-on experience with modern AI and analytics platforms, including:
  • Claude
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Google Gemini
  • Pendo AI
  • Power BI
  • Prompt Engineering
  • Workflow Automation Platforms
  • APIs and Integrations
  • SQL
  • Data Visualization Tools
  • Business Intelligence Technologies

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, mathmatics, a related field, or equivalent self-directed experience
  • This is an early career consulting-style role: demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and hands-on experimentation with AI and automation matter more than years of experience. A business, consulting, or program management background - with demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into clear frameworks and simplified processes - is strongly preferred.
  • A builder's mindset and a strong desire to make things work better, with demonstrated personal or professional experimentation with AI and automation tools. You are AI native and AI curious.
  • Ability to take an ambiguous problem, determine what information is needed, and create a practical solution.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data; experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, product analytics tools such as Pendo.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms, and experience creating prompts, workflows, custom assistants, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and data visualization tools; experience with SQL, Python, APIs, workflow automation, or low-code tools is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to business partners who may not have a technical background, and sound judgment when working with sensitive company, customer, or employee information.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to solve complex issues
  • Customer focused
  • Works well in a team environment
