Air Traffic Controller Airspace Manager Analyst
*Sign-On Bonus* $5,000.00 R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (R&K) is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with core capabilities in Mission Support, Engineering and Logistics, Cybersecurity and Intelligence, Environmental and Emergency Management, Exercise and Training, and Defense Healthcare in support of our Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian customers. Exercise GREEN FLAG (GF) provides a training venue to joint United States and coalition aircrew, air liaison officers, joint terminal attack controllers, battle management personnel and weapons system operators in the planning and execution of joint air-ground operations in counter-land operations. R&K provides support to the GREEN FLAG Support Element (GFSE) of the 57th Operations Group (57 OG). The primary purpose of the GFSE is to provide 57 OG with suitable air-ground Subject Matter Expertise (SME) necessary to support their missions. This includes exercise planning/after-action support, Air Support Operations Center (ASOC) emulation, Air Tasking Order (ATO) production, and SME personnel throughout the exercise battle cycle. R&K provides highly qualified, trained and experienced personnel at three (3) primary locations: Nellis AFB, NV; Fort Irwin, CA (GREEN FLAG - West); and Fort Polk, LA (GREEN FLAG - East). R&K is seeking a Full-Time Air Traffic Control Airspace Manager (ASM) for Fort Irwin, CA. Title: Airspace Manager (ASM) Analyst (Air Traffic Control) Location : Fort Irwin, CA Work Schedule: Dayshift weekday hours when not in rotation/exercises, hours during rotation/exercises includes extended shift, weekends and holidays Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required Start Date: Upon Approval Salary: Full salary range is $79,000. to $85,000. per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00 Duties: The successful candidate shall perform the following duties: * Coordinate with Ft. Irwin Airspace Command and Control (Desert Radio) section to de-conflict fixed wing assets with Army aviation assets and counter-fire missions. * Process airspace plans from the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) and also develop airspace plans, as required. Track active Restricted Operating Zones (ROZ) and also create Close Air Support (CAS) ROZs for Airspace Control Order inclusion. * Facilitate low altitude requests from the TACPs to allow for CAS assets to fly under the coordinating altitude. * Read and understand the Military Grid Reference System and Global Area Reference System. * Utilize the Air Tasking Order and Master Air Attack Plan to track tasked missions and monitor missions. * Control air traffic in R-2502 and the surrounds and act as a Control and Reporting Center as needed. * Provide airspace familiarization briefings to Ft Irwin and Nellis personnel as required. Additionally, liaise with Ft Irwin ATC Facility, Ft Irwin G3 Aviation. DOD and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) facilities to support flying operations. * Update and maintain ASM (Sundance) Continuity Book as required. Requirements: The candidate shall meet the following qualifications: * A minimum of 26 weeks of air traffic control experience involving the active separation of air traffic after receipt of an ATC facility rating OR at least three (3) years of post-certification service as an Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) Air Battle Manager or a Control and Reporting Center (CRC). * Active Secret Security Clearance Experience: * STARS Radar System experience required R&K Enterprise Solutions is an equal opportunity employer encouraging individuals with disabilities and veterans to apply.
