What will you be doing?

World Wide Technology has an opportunity available for a Services Operations Lead to support our Financial Services customers.

WWT's services are focused on leading edge technologies and related Services whether in Network Automation and Infrastructure as Code, expansion of DevOps in to the infrastructure Operations or Cybersecurity/resiliency and AIOps.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business operations for Services from Sales through Delivery
  • Partner closely with Account Leadership, Sales, Contract Management, Finance, Project Coordinators and Delivery Leads
  • Develop and manage account processes and procedures around opportunity management, solution pricing, contract management, financial management, and resource management in an effort toconsolidate and standardize core account activities
  • Assist Sales and Delivery leads to ensure consistent and timely application of Services operations processes
  • Prepare materials for weekly, monthly, and quarterly Services portfolio reviews
  • Assist with overall account operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of management experience
  • 3-5 total years of overall professional experience
  • Experience working inside of a Management Consulting/IT Services Organization
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Detailed understanding of Global Leadership goals & initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Experience with Agile processes, e.g., Kanban board-driven development projects
  • Strong business acumen & interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate with business partners

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $84,000 to $105,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
