Responsibilities
  • Audit, analyze and troubleshoot issues with purchase orders, invoices and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing forecasts for the regional office from data supplied by field locations.
  • Under direct supervision, provide support and assistance to financial analysts in efforts to update department forecast model functionality for requested changes to enhance capability, increase efficiency and update for current business practices and structure utilizing advanced software capabilities.
  • Initiate field capital projects and submit for approval.
  • In conjunction with financial analysts, review variance and other financial analysis on forecast and actual data including, but not limited to, comparisons to prior forecasts and yearly comparisons.
  • Draft reports for review and preparation for management and business unit personnel.
  • Assist in the business planning process by supporting timely completion of data and analysis needs of department personnel.
  • Proficient with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and presentation application (working knowledge of Oracle financial platform is preferred).
