Responsibilities
  • Audit, analyze andtroubleshoot issues with purchase orders, invoices and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing forecastsfor the regional office from data supplied by field locations.
  • Under direct supervision,provide support and assistance to financial analysts in efforts to updatedepartment forecast model functionality for requested changes to enhancecapability, increase efficiency and update for current business practicesand structure utilizing advanced software capabilities.
  • Initiate field capitalprojects and submit for approval.
  • In conjunction with financialanalysts, review variance and other financial analysis on forecast andactual data including, but not limited to, comparisons to prior forecastsand yearly comparisons.
  • Draft reports for review andpreparation for management and business unit personnel.
  • Assist in the businessplanning process by supporting timely completion of data and analysisneeds of department personnel.
  • Proficient with wordprocessing, databases, spreadsheets, and presentation application (workingknowledge of Oracle financial platform is preferred).
