We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Structured Finance to support tax equity, debt financing, and strategic transactions across our expanding U.S. portfolio.
In this role, you will work directly on project financings from capital raising through commercial operation, while contributing financial analysis that supports power offtake origination, investment decisions, and M&A opportunities.
This is a highly analytical role offering hands-on exposure to complex renewable energy transactions and capital markets.
What You'll Do
  • Own and maintain project finance financial models for tax equity and debt financing processes
  • Support capital raising activities from initial marketing through financial close
  • Prepare marketing materials for tax equity investors and lendersManage transaction data rooms and due diligence processes across internal teams and external advisors
  • Validate project inputs in financial models related to revenue, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
  • Support term sheet negotiations through financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Assist in preparing investment committee materials for key project milestones
  • Provide financial analysis supporting PPA execution, procurement strategy, design optimization, and EPC negotiations
  • Track industry trends, market transactions, and competitive activity
