Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to support new product development programs within a fast-growing engineering organization. This position will play a critical role coordinating cross-functional teams, managing program schedules, tracking engineering deliverables, and ensuring successful execution of complex capital equipment projects.

The ideal candidate has experience working with engineering-driven products, change management processes, BOMs, and cross-functional project coordination within a manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial equipment, or high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program & Project Management
    • Support new product development programs involving multiple engineering disciplines.
    • Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
    • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
    • Support the full product lifecycle from concept through production release.
    • Assist with engineering program budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Serve as a key interface between:
      • Engineering
      • Marketing
      • Operations
      • Technology Teams
      • Executive Leadership
    • Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Drive alignment across teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Resource & Change Management
    • Support engineering resource planning activities.
    • Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and project documentation updates.
    • Assist with Bill of Material (BOM) management and tracking.
    • Help identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Project Execution
    • Drive the development, execution, and completion of complex engineering projects.
    • Support procurement, manufacturing, and engineering activities throughout project execution.
    • Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience managing or coordinating engineering or technical projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with:
    • Project scheduling
    • Change Orders / ECOs
    • BOM management
    • Cross-functional coordination
    • Status reporting and project tracking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including:
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • Project
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment, capital equipment, industrial machinery, or automation systems.
  • Familiarity with electro-mechanical products including:
    • Motors
    • Vacuum pumps
    • Robotics
    • Heaters
    • PLC-controlled systems
    • Instrumentation
  • Experience with SAP, ERP, or MRP systems.
  • AutoCAD or SolidWorks exposure.
  • Knowledge of product development and engineering workflows.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
