The Regional B2B Sales Representative for the PVM (Proactive Video Monitoring) will drive revenue growth by introducing, promoting, and selling our innovative PVM services-delivered through mobile security units-to customers across designated territories. This role focuses on new business development within construction, infrastructure, and commercial industries, while also nurturing long-term partnerships to ensure sustained client satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a proactive regional sales strategy to identify and engage the ideal clients in target markets, including new construction, large-scale site operations, and other major local market Pye-Barker branches.

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-sale support.

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers, such as project managers, site supervisors, and procurement leads, to position PVM solutions as a value-driven alternative to traditional guard security.

  • Conduct on-site evaluations and deliver tailored presentations demonstrating the operational and cost benefits of the PVM system and services.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and customer satisfaction throughout the pilot phase.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product enhancement and market expansion.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by maintaining a disciplined and metrics-driven approach to territory management.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Five years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in security, construction, technology, or equipment rental sectors, preferred.

  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding goals in competitive environments.

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.

  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across a regional territory.

  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales tracking.
