Customer Service Monitoring Agent
BOS Security is now hiring for Security Monitoring Agents in Athens, GA. This is an on-site location in our Athens office
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, 4PM-midnight
**Weekly pay $17/hr**
Overview:
BOS Security offers 24/7/365 security protection and monitoring/managed services to our clients and is seeking dependable, energetic people to join our team and provide exceptional services, as part of its fast-growing Managed Services/Monitoring division. Our Command Center, located in Athens, GA, provides video monitoring by agents with the assistance of AI. If you can multi-task, evaluate situations in real-time, remain calm under pressure, follow, and give direction, you belong on our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Using a suite of technologies from our Command Center provide interacting monitoring and incident response services to protect client locations, preventing and intervening in real-time situations, stopping intrusion, theft, criminal activities, and other unauthorized activities.
  • Perform scheduled virtual interactive awareness and security patrols of client sites.
  • Address issues and events as they arise using all appropriate technologies.
  • Follow Site Protocols, intervene and dispatch appropriate personnel as needed, including law enforcement staff.
  • Document appropriate events and create incident reports for our clients.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Two- or four-year degree preferred, relevant work experience in security, customer service, or a call center environment
  • CCTV experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency and use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Multitasking
  • Ability to communicate well and work as a part of a team
