Job description

Overview
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support the Cost Assessment Data Enterprise (CADE) office on-site at The Pentagon. The ideal candidate is a bright, energetic, customer service oriented IT professional with preferably 7-10+ years of experience in computer systems administration, possess strong time and project management skills, current knowledge of NIST standards, practices and support infrastructures (security, LAN/WAN architectures and system protocols).
Responsibilities
The Systems Administrator will collaborate with other system administrators and software developers in the design and resolution of system issues. Responsibilities include:
  • Support developers and project management support reporting and other administrative requirements
  • Microsoft Windows Server, SQL server and IIS administration in an virtual environment
  • Configure and maintain compliance with our security policy
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000/Year, DOE

Skills Required
  • Windows R2 Servers, SQL and IIS experience is desired
  • Active DoD security clearance and US Citizenship is required
  • Current Comptia network+, Security+ certification required
  • Ability to get DoD IA Level II certification desired
  • Knowledge of Host Based Security System (HBSS) is a plus

Education
Bachelors degree preferred, preferably in management information systems, math or engineering. Additional degrees or certifications may subsitute for years of experience.
