Our client is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Security Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise security operations across our Richmond manufacturing and corporate campuses.
This role is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of integrated security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and visitor management platforms. In addition to technical oversight, the position plays a critical role in supporting investigations, strengthening compliance efforts, and driving proactive risk mitigation.

Your Responsibilities as a Security Systems Administrator
  • Administer and maintain enterprise security systems, including Pro-Watch, MAXPRO, and Right Crowd
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to resolution
  • Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and optimization
  • Analyze alarm activity, access trends, and system data
  • Identify vulnerabilities and track mitigation efforts
  • Provide on-call support
  • Generate reports and insights

Investigations & Video Review
  • Manage video footage requests from leadership and HR Compliance
  • Conduct detailed video reviews and investigations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Partner with HR, security and compliance teams.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with security systems

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting investigations or HR compliance
  • Familiarity with networking concepts
  • Experience with system integrations
