Job Description:

Seeking Security Supervisor!Full-time, Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pmBaptist Health Floyd, Radiology Department
Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area

Directs personnel involved in establishing, promoting and maintaining hospital security and property protection programs by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in Quality Assurance activities. Assures competency of all personnel. Assists with department operational and capital budgets. Implementation of Security functions and responsibilities while maintaining a positive working relationship with local, county, and state officials. It is the responsibility of the Supervisor to ensure all members of the department maintain the highest level of performance in all security matters. Maintains an efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all HFAP, state, federal, and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
