We are seeking a skilled Program Manager with experience managing enterprise-level information technology programs and interfacing with Senior-level DoW personnel.

In this role, you will oversee the success of all matters related to the task order, manage day-to-day and month-to-month operations, and execute and monitor all program activities. Key Responsibilities: • Act on behalf of CDO for all matters relating to the task order, including the authority to bind for matters pertaining to the task order • Provide overall management of the MACC-TTE, including directing all personnel and performance reports • Execute and monitor all program activities • Manage changes to scope, cost, and schedule of program work • Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects • Prepare and update program plans and status reports • Prepare and present reports for all MACC-TTE testing, training, and experimentation events • Track and report key performance metrics with analysis as directed by the government • Report status, develop project-related documentation, and implement lessons learned • Conduct tours and briefings for Senior State and national level leaders • Represent the MACC-TTE at various national level working groups and planning conferences • Conduct engagements with Senior-level DoW personnel Required Qualifications: • Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance • Possess a Master's degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline - OR - Have 10+ years' experience in Program Management or Senior-level DoW experience working with Senior-level DoW personnel • Possess 5+ years' experience managing Cyber range and/or IT / OT Technology Programs • Possess one or more of the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) - OR -Program Management Professional (PgMP) - OR - Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University • Experience in Enterprise-level Technology Management • Have a working knowledge of all associated platform support and hardware associated with a DoW Cyber Test Range Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting physical infrastructures, telecommunications and radio frequency networks, and the electromagnetic spectrum • Experience working in a Cyber Range, simulating real-world environments across physical, logical, and cyber-persona layers, which can be used for research, development, testing, training, and evaluation What can a CDO employee expect?
