Both roles are essential for project success but differ in scope and responsibilities.
A Nil Manager oversees Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities for athletes, ensuring they maximize brand partnerships while complying with regulations. They negotiate deals, manage endorsements, and provide guidance on contracts, branding, and financial planning. Their role is crucial in helping athletes monetize their personal brand while maintaining compliance with NCAA or other governing bodies.
