Now Hiring: Site Operations Manager

Location: Salt Lake City

 Full Time opportunities available on all shifts, weekend availability required  
Employer: Marksman Security Corporation
Hiring Immediately

JOB DUTIES:

  • Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training and development, coaching and support.
  • Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services and build and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
  • Supports the organization's culture, processes, practices and systems
  • Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities, account trends, and other topics
  • Responsible for tracking and effective utilization of company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc.
  • Stays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative to our services
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Benefits:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three years of security operations management experience required
  • Armed Security experience preferred 
  • Applicable state security licensing required 
  • Flexible/on-call schedule availability
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with security equipment and protocols required
  • Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug testing)
  • Valid Driver's License
