Location: Charlotte, Union, and Mecklenburg County

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care and to launch a new standard of senior home care services in Charlotte, Union, and Mecklenburg County, NC.

Qualifications:

  • Active CNA license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and follow a written care plan
  • Experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or at least one year of full-time home care experience within the past five years, preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience is a plus
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work positively with clients, families, and staff
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Listed on the Nurse Aide Registry with no findings related to abuse, neglect, or misappropriation


Responsibilities:

  • Follow all instructions for care presented on the care plan.
  • Assistance with bathing, toileting, and personal care.
  • Medication reminders/assistance
  • Supervision to ensure safety (wandering and memory support)
  • Engage with clients to provide emotional support and companionship activities.
  • Perform administrative functions, such as documentation of completion of care activities, and report any changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior to our healthcare team.
  • Provide open and effective communication with clients, their families, and our healthcare team.
  • Wear clean, presentable scrubs of any color for all assigned clients unless otherwise instructed.
