How does working as a part time weekly pay CNA impact scheduling flexibility and work-life balance?

Many healthcare facilities accommodate part-time staff by providing a variety of shift options, including evenings, nights, or weekends. This structure can help you maintain a better work-life balance, though it may also mean working less predictable hours.
