Implementation Consultants are responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for new NEOGOV customers. In this position, you will work with a team of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. You will be supporting multiple HRIS customers implementing a variety of NEOGOV HRIS products, specifically our Benefits platform.

What You Will do
  • Develop an applicable understanding of NEOGOV's Implementation and Configuration practices.
  • Execute deployments (implementations) and best practice coaching for small-mid size customers.
  • Demonstrate configurations through building prototype systems and assist in testing
  • Develop and maintain project plans, issues logs, status reports, and time/budget reports.
  • Identify system improvements and process opportunities in HRIS and Benefits product pillar.
  • Track support level and customer satisfaction metrics by ensuring support SLA's are being achieved and exceeded.
  • Serve as a coach, mentor, knowledge resource, and escalation point for customers and support representatives.
  • Participating in City Tours, NEOGOV's Annual Conference, industry events, and face-to-face customer meetings (Travel - 20%)

What You Have
  • B.A/B.S or equivalent work experience in the HRIS and Benefits field.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Human Capitol Management and Benefits space
  • Previous consulting or implementation experience in a technical and/or HR space.
  • Working knowledge of the public sector is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven track record of setting expectations, communicating goals and objectives with customers and teammates
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience learning technology quickly and applying business analysis strategies
