Seasonal Scale Operators needed - Multiple Locations & shift available


Looking for a rewarding seasonal opportunity this fall? We're seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Scale Operators at our 13 elevator locations. Whether you prefer day or evening shifts, we have opportunities available to fit your schedule.

Be part of a team that plays a vital role in helping local farmers and customers during one of the busiest and most important times of the year.


What You'll Do

  • Weigh all inbound and outbound trucks accurately and efficiently
  • Enter all required information and generate scale tickets
  • Probe and grade incoming grain for quality and moisture
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to our farmers and drivers
  • Communicate effectively with truck drivers and dump pit operators
  • Promote and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties or activities as needed or directed by supervisor
  • Work with office personnel to keep office clean
