Licensed Massage Therapist (Seasonal 1099 Contractor)

Job Summary:
Work where people come to rest and reset. Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for seasonal, 1099 contractor roles. You will provide professional massage and signature treatments in a peaceful, high-desert setting known for its natural mineral springs. This is a strong opportunity to earn, build experience, and work in a destination guests travel to specifically for wellness.


Location:
Northern New Mexico, about 50 miles north of Santa Fe

High desert landscape

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality massage services and customized Ojo treatments
  • Provide personalized guest care focused on relaxation and results
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
  • Follow all safety and sanitation standards
  • Educate guests on services, wellness, and enhancements

Schedule & Season:

  • Seasonal role based on business demand
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Peak seasons bring strong booking volume
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Compensation:

  • Commission per service based on experience and modality
  • 100% of gratuities are retained by the therapist

Requirements:

  • Active New Mexico Massage Therapy License or ability to obtain
