Position: Junior Software Developer
Clearance: Secret
Location: Panama City Beach, FL
Position Overview
ISPA Technology is seeking a Junior Software Developer to support the development, integration, and testing of software solutions for our government and defense customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative technical environment.
What You Will Do
  • Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications using C++.
  • Assist with software integration, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
  • Participate in code reviews and software testing activities.
  • Work with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into software solutions.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and follow established development standards.
  • Support continuous improvements to software performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience developing software using C++.
  • Active security clearance required.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming and software development fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative engineering team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with or exposure to the Qt framework.
