Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a hands-on Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead with a focus on AI technologies.
- Lead and mentor development teams in building new applications and modernizing existing client applications.
- Set technical direction for delivery teams, including architecture, engineering practices, modernization strategies, AI adoption, and quality standards.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools and build agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, A2A, MCP-enabled tools, or similar solutions.
- Lead teams by providing mentorship, conducting code reviews, technical planning, delivery oversight, and resolving technical issues.
- Develop using at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Go).
- Modernize legacy applications (mainframe, Fortran, J2EE, ASP, monolithic, or other enterprise platforms).
- Architect cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and modern front-end experiences.
- Design and implement agents that interact with enterprise tools, repositories, documentation, tickets, CI/CD pipelines, telemetry, or application data.
- Apply AI/ML concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, tool calling, evaluation harnesses, prompt engineering, LLM application testing, and agent observability.
