We're seeking an experienced search fund and ETA coach to work with searchers pursuing the acquisition entrepreneurship path. This role includes guiding searchers through thesis development, industry and company targeting, deal sourcing, and due diligence, as well as investment analysis and funding strategy. Coaches also support investor selection and board and investor management, along with building a process roadmap and operational strategy and support for post-acquisition success. Coaches help searchers apply AI fundamentals, AI agents, AI automation, and AI outreach to modern search and deal processes. Ideal candidates have firsthand experience running a search fund or completing an acquisition, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex strategic and financial concepts. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every searcher.
