Job Description

·         Perform daily cash reconciliations and record accurate journal entries across multiple entities

·         Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple fund entities with precision and timeliness

·         Assist with budget preparation and support fund quarter-end closing procedures

·         Allocate shared expenses such as legal, insurance, and travel costs to the appropriate entities

·         Collaborate with external administrators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of assets under management and fund performance

·         Support financial statement audits and coordinate with external tax service providers to ensure timely tax return filings

Key Requirements 

·                     Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

·                     Minimum of 5 years of public accounting or fund accounting experience

·                     CPA certification or CPA eligibility is required

·                     Exposure to fund accounting is highly preferred
