We are hiring a Full Time: Seafood Wholesale Production Manager.
Position Summary
The Production Manager acts as the central coordinator between sales, production, and the logistics teams. This role manages the team to execute the daily cutting, packing, and staging process to ensure orders are fabricated correctly, labeled accurately, and delivered on time. The production manager maintains real-time communication with the warehouse, office team and the delivery drivers to keep operations running smoothly.ย 
Major Duties and Responsibilities
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Delegate to fish cutters and packers to ensure accurate weighing, portioning, and labeling.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Review daily orders and cutting lists; verify completion and quality.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Manage the team to Stage and organize orders for proper routing and temperature control.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Monitor and adjust workflow to meet delivery deadlines.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Communicate constantly with the Purchasing & Logistics Manager on order timing, special requests, and route readiness.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Resolve production or packing issues immediately to prevent delays.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Manage the team to properly verify each order is correctly tagged, packed, and signed before truck loading.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Constantly analyzing the processes & striving to make the team more efficient and effective.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Enforce food safety, sanitation, and labeling compliance.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Conduct final QC inspections on orders before dispatch.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Report product shortages or issues to purchasing and sales teams.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย  Ensure product traceability records and production logs are complete daily.ย 
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Manage the Inventory with the Warehouse Lead


Qualifications and Competencies
