What We Need:
We're seeking a highly impactful Sales Development Enablement Director to elevate the performance of our SDR organization. This role will own onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development strategies that accelerate ramp time, improve conversion rates, and drive measurable pipeline impact.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a best-in-class training program within a high-growth, performance-driven sales organization spanning podcasts, digital, radio, events, and more.
What You'll Do:
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment alongside a collaborative and growing SDR team

  • Lead and continuously refine new hire onboarding to accelerate time-to-productivity

  • Design and deliver high-impact training across prospecting, messaging, objection handling, and qualification

  • Provide consistent 1:1 and group coaching tied directly to performance metrics and outcomes

  • Analyze call, email, and activity data to identify trends and drive targeted development plans

  • Partner with SDR leadership to elevate team performance, consistency, and pipeline quality

  • Build and evolve scalable enablement programs, playbooks, and learning frameworks

  • Establish clear benchmarks and measure the effectiveness of training through ramp time, conversion rates, and productivity metrics

  • Influence messaging, positioning, and outbound strategy through frontline insights

  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous performance improvement

What You'll Need:
  • Maintain focus in a dynamic, high-performance team environment

  • 2+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, high-performing SDR/BDR, or SDR/BDR leadership

  • Demonstrated success improving ramp time, productivity, or conversion metrics

  • Deep understanding of outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and qualification strategies

  • Professional presence with strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder influence skills

  • Ability to translate data and performance insights into actionable training strategies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus

  • Experience working in a highly accountable, metrics-driven, and tech-savvy sales environment

  • A passion for developing talent and raising the performance bar across teams

  • A competitive spirit with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Compensation:
