THE JOB

The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business by selling a business travel technology platform to small and mid-sized organizations. This is a true full-cycle sales role where you'll prospect, conduct discovery, deliver product demonstrations, negotiate, and close new business while building a healthy pipeline.



Success in this role comes from consistently creating new opportunities through outbound prospecting, uncovering customer pain points, and helping organizations improve the way they manage business travel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their closing skills within a collaborative, high-performance sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to identify customer needs and business challenges
  • Deliver product demonstrations and communicate business value to decision-makers
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
  • Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue objectives
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity reporting

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of B2B tech/software sales experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Account Executive)
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Experience managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working within Salesforce or another CRM platform
  • Highly competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Coachable with a strong desire to grow into a top-performing Account Executive
