Applied Innovation is seeking an SDR Prospector to generate new qualified sales opportunities from cold calls to prospective clients in new markets and passing on qualified opportunities by scheduling appts. for salespeople. This is a Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM role located at 3223 Kraft Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Achieve All Prospecting Goals and Targets - Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
  • 50+ daily phone calls, qualified lead generation, and scheduling appts. for sales.
  • Generate new qualified sales opportunities from B2B phone (cold) calls.
  • Update and manage CRM data for accuracy and drive/increase sales effort effectiveness with reliable and meaningful data.
  • High Capacity, Self-Managed SDR with great work ethic
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year successful SDR prospecting, making outbound cold calls, and scheduling meetings for sales representatives
  • Experience making 50+ Daily Outbound Cold calls
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • College graduate, preferred.
  • On-site work.
