Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master for a hybrid workplace opportunity in mid-Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract opportunity.

This role will support multiple software development and product teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and help mature Agile practices across the organization. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with experience leading Scrum and Kanban teams in complex enterprise environments.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience
  • 5+ years leading projects, developing teams, or leading teams
  • 3+ years of Scrum Master experience
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Lean, and SAFe methodologies
  • Experience serving as Scrum Master for multiple teams simultaneously
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and PI Planning activities
  • Ability to calculate team capacity and coach teams on WSJF prioritization
  • Experience working in software development and product delivery environments
DESIRED SKILLS
