Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead and coach cross‐functional Agile teams in the US Banking or Insurance domain. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and supporting teams in delivering high-quality increments while navigating compliance and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‐ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices
• Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Remove impediments and act as an Agile change agent to enable smooth delivery
• Enable teams to deliver high‐quality increments each sprint in line with business priorities
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, predictability, and cycle time
• Support backlog refinement and ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering leads
• Support Agile delivery within regulated financial environments (Banking / Insurance)
• Ensure Agile practices align with compliance, audit, risk, and security requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders including business, compliance, QA, and release teams
• Handle dependencies across multiple teams and vendors in large enterprise programs
• Work effectively with teams building solutions on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Support data‐driven projects involving Snowflake, data lakes, analytics platforms
• Understand delivery challenges and workflows for AI / ML solutions, APIs, and microservices
• Partner with technical teams without being a developer, but with strong tech fluency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and actionable insights
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile Communities of Practice
• Support Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or similar) when working with multi‐team programs
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–8 years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and Lean concepts
• Prior experience in US Banking or Insurance domain
• Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
• Proficiency with Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Working knowledge of Snowflake, data platforms, or analytics
• Familiarity with AI / ML project delivery concepts
• Experience in SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
• Scrum Master certifications: CSM / PSM I / SAFe Agilist
